In a year of corporate change for WWE, another member of upper management has left the company.

Senior vice president of programming and media operations Craig Tello announced Monday via LinkedIn that he is heading to video game company EA (Electronic Arts) as their head of market communications and content strategy within the competitive gaming space.

Fightful first noted the departure.

Tello had been with WWE for nearly 15 years, starting his career in creative and working his way up the ladder, eventually becoming the director and executive editor of WWE.com. He first earned a VP role in 2015 and gained a role of Senior VP in 2019. All forms of content — including the WWE Network — had Tello’s influence at some point.

He was also the co-author on Daniel Bryan’s best-selling WWE autobiography called “Yes: My Improbable Journey to the Main Event of WrestleMania”.

Recent departures among the upper executive ranks include controller Mark Kowal, senior VP/general counsel & secretary Brian Nurse and executive VP/global head of sales and partnership/head of International John Brody.
