While numbers were delayed this week because of Labor Day, the 9/2 episode of Monday Night Raw was watched by an average of 2.51 million viewers. That number is virtually identical to the week before (-0.8%).
Raw was taken out of the top spot on cable television on Monday by the Notre Dame/Louisville college football game that drew 5.6 million viewers and nearly doubled WWE’s rating with a 1.7 in adults 18-49.
The first hour was watched by 2.64 million people, then dropped to 2.56 million in the second hour. The third hour dropped again, finishing up with 2.33 million. Both the first and third hours were actually up from last week.
That makes four consecutive weeks of solid numbers for WWE’s flagship broadcast on the USA Network. While they’re still down considerably from this time last year (the 9/3 Raw in 2018 did 2.87 million) the last four weeks have been the highest watched shows since WrestleMania season, not including the Raw Reunion special.
