According to F4WOnline.com, former NXT Champion Aleister Black suffered an injury at an NXT live event in Las Vegas this past Saturday night and will require surgery.

The injury reportedly occurred when Black was facing Tommaso Ciampa in a singles match, and Ciampa hit Black with a low blow.

Despite Black requiring surgery, the injury is said not to be very serious, and it appears as if he might be okay to compete at NXT Takeover Brooklyn on August 18th, however, that has yet to be confirmed.
