Star Wars: The Mandalorian, the Jon Favreau-produced series coming to Disney+, has officially wrapped principal photography.
Announced in an episode of The Star Wars Show, this news means the show is officially entering the post-production stage of development and is on its way for an eventual release on Disney’s streaming service.
During this same episode of The Star Wars Show, it was announced that Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game will be officially revealed at a special panel during this year’s Star Wars Celebration in April.
The primary cast of The Mandalorian has already been confirmed, and it includes Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Nick Nolte and more.
Other details, like the return of a classic droid from A New Hope and the involvement of Black Panther composer Ludwig Göransson have been confirmed for the show.
