The incidents of airline staff misbehaving with passengers have often made it to news and most complaints filed by air passengers in the Civil Aviation Ministry’s grievance redressal section are also about the airline staff and their behaviour and the alleged harassment at their hands.
‘Loss of baggage’ category in Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring system (CPGRAM) remained at the second position in terms of passengers complaint, the Ministry document was cited by PTI.
