AEW has set a new date for Jon Moxley vs. Kenny Omega.

It was announced today that Moxley will face Omega at AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view on Saturday, November 9. The event is taking place at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.

Moxley vs. Omega was originally scheduled for All Out, but Moxley had to be pulled from the show eight days before it took place due to a serious case of MRSA returning in his elbow. Omega instead faced PAC at All Out, with PAC winning the match after Omega passed out in PAC’s Brutalizer submission.

When it was announced that Moxley wouldn’t be able to wrestle at All Out, Cody Rhodes tweeted that AEW would actively try to reschedule the match for down the road. AEW also continued building to Moxley vs. Omega via Omega responding to the situation on Being the Elite.

Moxley vs. Omega is the first match to be made official for Full Gear. The announcement comes in advance of tickets for the PPV going on sale this Friday (September 6) at noon Eastern time.
