Long before he ever set foot in a WWE ring, Shinsuke Nakamura found great success in New Japan Pro Wrestling, where he became a 5-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion. Nakamura left Japan to join WWE back in 2016, and he has already won the NXT Championship, the Royal Rumble, and he currently holds the United States Championship. However, the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio revealed that NJPW is actually very interested in bringing Nakamura back as soon as his current deal with WWE comes to an end. It was noted that Shinsuke is in a good spot on Smackdown right now, and that his family lives with him in Orlando, Florida, and that WWE has allowed him to tone down his in-ring style, but NJPW is still expected to pursue him as soon as possible.
Although the Total Bellas and Miz and Mrs reality shows will both be coming to an end before the end of the year, there is still more drama from the superstars of WWE on the way. WWE and E! revealed all of the latest details and information for the upcoming season of Total Divas. Season 8 of the series will be premiering on the E! network on September 19th of this year, and the cast has also been confirmed for the new season. Although Alexa Bliss, Carmella, and Maryse will no longer be featured on Total Divas for the foreseeable future, Paige will be returning to the show along with Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, Nia Jax, Lana, Natalya, and Naomi. The first episode is expected to take place during WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans earlier this year.
See any new faces? We’ve got a very special lineup coming your way on the new season of #TotalDivas starting Wednesday September 19, only on E! pic.twitter.com/joBaxML91Z

It was reported a while back that the sheriff’s office in Williamson County, Texas would be honoring WWE veteran Goldust as a deputy. Goldust appeared in town earlier this week and was sworn in as an official Honorary Deputy by Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody. Goldust commented on receiving the honor on Twitter shortly after the news was made official. Goldust has been competing on the Raw brand over the past few years in WWE, but he has been out of action for a number of weeks now to repair injuries found in both of his knees. Hopefully, fans will not have to wait too much longer to see the son of WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes back in the ring entertaining and competing just as he has continued to do for years.
Today I had the honor of swearing in our Honorary Deputy Dustin Rhodes @Goldust. He is now part of the WCSO family! pic.twitter.com/qCPInQR3lh
