On a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Radio Program, someone asked if there was an update on Shane McMahon’s health and his long-term position with the company. It was said that there is “no movement to get him back into power” and that he’s “just a performer.” There is also no update on his health following surgery, but they just haven’t decided to bring him back which could be related to Paige doing a fine job as SmackDown GM without another authority figure around.
It was also discussed that Dean Ambrose was originally expected to be back by late summer and with it being mid-summer, he is due back any time now. He is recovering from triceps surgery that took place last December and was said to be dealing with a nine-month recovery period.
