For the past few weeks, Roman Reigns has been cutting a promo at the expense of Brock Lesnar not showing up to RAW to get over with the fans. Brock Lesnar showed up this past Monday on RAW and laid waste to Roman Reigns. According to backstage sources, there are people within WWE who felt that Brock Lesnar attacking Roman Reigns this past Monday on RAW went on for far too long if the goal was to get Reigns over as a face. At least a few people believed that when Lesnar came out after leaving once, there was a real risk that fans would start cheering for him.
For the past several months, Matt Hardy has been in a legal battle with Anthem Sports and Impact Wrestling to get the rights to the “Broken” Trademarks. It was previously reported that Matt Hardy was given full control of the “Broken” Trademarks when Anthem Sports decided not to pursue the case anymore. It was recently announced that Matt Hardy has officially received the trademark for all The “Broken” Trademarks from the USPTO.
Dave Bautista (Batista) was reportedly being considered for this year’s WWE Hall of Fame, but he reportedly declined due to the fact that he doesn’t see his career as being over. As previously reported, Batista is still hoping to return to WWE for one last farewell run as a full-time talent.
