Ever since he controversially left the professional wrestling industry altogether back in 2014, CM Punk has been attempting to launch an MMA career for himself. CM Punk made his MMA debut as the UFC 203 event back in 2016, losing to Mickey Gall. Punk has made it clear that he will continue to fight in the octagon, and it looks like his next fight has finally been confirmed. UFC President Dana White just told TMZ Sports that Punk will be fighting Mike Jackson at an unspecified UFC event in the future. Punk has indicated on social media before that he will be fighting at the UFC 225 pay-per-view, which will be taking place on Saturday, June 9th, 2018, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Fans still continued to be puzzled with the buildup to the rumored John Cena vs. Undertaker match at WrestleMania this weekend. Cena and Undertaker will both be at the show, but even with the event scheduled to take place in just a few days, WWE has still not confirmed that the match will be taking place. Speculation on the match will continue to run rampant over the next few days, but fans have noticed that the official programs and posters for WrestleMania this year also does not confirm whether or not the match will happen. The advertising is built entirely around whether or not The Undertaker will show up in New Orleans and finally answer John Cena’s request for a match.

Right after WrestleMania ends, the buildup for the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia is expected to begin. The show will feature several championship matches and the first-ever 50-man Royal Rumble match, but that does not appear to be all that WWE has in store for the fans in the Middle East that night. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is now reporting that WWE is attempting to get Chris Jericho and The Undertaker to appear at the event. What these two may be doing at the show was not specified. The Greatest Royal Rumble show will air live on the WWE Network at 12pm ET with a special Kickoff show also scheduled to begin at 11am ET on April 27th.
