The faction that made a brief appearance on Raw last night now has a name.

A WWE.com story this afternoon said that the website learned that the faction’s name is RETRIBUTION, in all capital letters. They did not detail any further new information.

Raw on Monday featured an ongoing storyline where the show experienced a number of production issues throughout the evening, with announcers speculating it may have been due to weather issues. Later, security footage was shown of a group of unidentifiable people covering their faces throwing Molotov cocktails at the WWE Performance Center’s generator, which set it on fire. 

WWE.com broke the news on Monday prior to Raw that a new faction was set to debut on the show.

Another new idea on Raw was Raw Underground, a segment hosted by Shane McMahon where WWE stars faced off against challengers in what appeared to be shoot-style fighting in a underground setting. The show ended with The Hurt Business (MVP, Bobby Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin) coming in and clearing house.
