A three-year-old girl drowned in lake at Althan Garden on Friday evening while her parents were busy clicking selfies.

Her body was fished out by fire brigade jawans from the lake water on Saturday. The parents came to know that the girl had drowned in lake only when her body was found from the water. On Friday they alleged that the girl was kidnapped.

Body of the child was fished out by a team of fire brigade on Saturday morning. The search was initiated in lake water when her shoe was found near the water.
