WWE superstar Bray Wyatt issued a short statement on his Twitter commenting on his recently announced WrestleMania 36 showdown with John Cena. He writes, “Revenge is a confession of pain. Chapter 4: atonement and the addict.”
Later the former Universal champion states that his title loss to Goldberg at Thursday’s Super ShowDown was a “sacrifice” necessary for him to get what he wanted. Wyatt tweets, “To my mockingbird,Not a loss, but instead a sacrifice. He wasn’t a chapter in my tale. I began with a mission. And now I’m where I was supposed to be. You’ll see.”

To my mockingbird,
Not a loss, but instead a sacrifice.
He wasn’t a chapter in my tale.
I began with a mission.
And now I’m where I was supposed to be.
You’ll see.

The Fiend confronted Cena on last night’s episode of SmackDown to issue the WrestleMania challenge. The two previously met at the 30th edition of the “Show of Shows,” where Cena bested Wyatt. The then Eater of Worlds would even the score at 1-1 when he defeated Cena in a steel cage at Extreme Rules before losing a Last Man Standing match to end their rivalry at Payback.
