The Royal Rumble pay-per-view on January 27th will see one man win the titular match and later decide which world champion he will face at WrestleMania 35 in April. Before the match takes place, AJ Styles will challenge Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship on the same show. Bryan and Styles have been feuding over the title on SmackDown over the past few weeks. The Royal Rumble winner could end up determining another contender for the title, but it looks like the company may not be planning on ending the rivalry between Bryan and Styles any time soon. Both of these fan-favorite competitors are being advertised to wrestle each other in several more matches within the next few months.
Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles are already set to face each other in a couple of other matches after the Royal Rumble pay-per-view concludes later this month. PWInsider has also reported that Bryan and Styles are scheduled to wrestle on the first episode of SmackDown after WrestleMania 35. The report notes that Shane McMahon & The Miz are set to face The Bar on that show as well. WWE is constantly changing their plans, especially during WrestleMania season, so it is absolutely possible that these matches could be changed at some point between now and April 9th. As of right now though, fans can expect to see Bryan and Styles go at it again even after their championship match at the Royal Rumble event.
Major League Wrestling has been putting on some great shows lately on BeIN Sports. The MLW Fusion show has received praise from fans, and it looks like the network and the promotion are planning to broadcast a big show within the next few weeks. PWInsider confirmed that MLW will be coming to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for a show which will be airing live on BeIN Sports. The show is expected to be one hour long, and it will feature The Hart Foundation challenging the Lucha Bros for the MLW World Tag Team Championships in the main event. Other matches for the show will be announced within the next few weeks. The MLW show will air live on February 2nd.
