Chelsea Green made her SmackDown debut tonight, but an injury prevented things from going according to plan.
Green faced Liv Morgan, Tamina, and Natalya in a fatal four-way Survivor Series qualifying match on tonight’s show. Morgan won the match by pinning Tamina after Green was injured early on.
In a post on Instagram, Green announced that she broke her arm in tonight’s match : “Just another twist in my @wwe story tonight! If you wondered where I went after my entrance, here’s your answer… another broken arm. Nothing I haven’t dealt with before! I’ll be back before you know it!”
WWE.com wrote about Green’s injury:

Chelsea was taken to a local medical facility for further evaluation.

Green had been set to be called up for months prior to officially arriving on SmackDown tonight. There was a backstage segment on tonight’s show where Adam Pearce told Natalya that he was putting her in another Survivor Series qualifier, but Natalya wanted to be added to the team without having to qualify. After Natalya left, Green appeared in Pearce’s office. It was then announced before the qualifying match that it had been changed from a triple threat to a fatal four-way with Green added.
Fightful reported that Green was originally supposed to win tonight’s qualifying match.
Prior to tonight, Green hadn’t wrestled since the May 27 episode of NXT. She teamed with Charlotte Flair to defeat Io Shirai & Rhea Ripley on that show. There was a post-show angle following that episode where Green departed the Robert Stone Brand and fired Robert Stone as her manager.
