For the second time this year, WWE Hall Of Famer, Edge has denied any reports about him possibly making an in-ring return in the near future.
In the past week, there have been various reports stating that the Rated-R Superstar might be a surprise appearance in the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble match.
This is the second time this year that there have been reports regarding Edge wrestling, and once again he has taken to Twitter to shoot down the possibility of that happening.
Since he retired, due to a serious neck injury, Edge hasn’t competed at all in WWE and has only got physical once during that time. He hit a Spear during the WWE SummerSlam pre-show to Elias, but despite that, he has continued to insist he won’t be wrestling again.
This morning, Edge put out a simple tweet, stating: “Still not and still not. Period.” Referencing him not returning to wrestling or being in the Rumble.
Still not and still not. Period.

Of course, as they say in wrestling “anything can happen,” and there is a chance Edge could just be trying to work fans. However, with his injury history, the chances are very slim that he will be returning to the ring.
