The family of an Indian soldier who was killed in Jammu and Kashmir has protested in his home town at Jayamkondam in Ariyalur district of Tamil Nadu demanding the immediate return of his body.

Veeramani had joined the Indian Army 10 years back and was posted in Kashmir recently, where he is believed to have been killed in an encounter.
