With the announcement of the new WWE Mixed Match Challenge, airing on Facebook Watch on January 16th, PW previously reported that certain superstars such as Finn Balor have already made their preferred partners known going into the tournament.
WWE has put out a video on their Twitter page, showing Finn Balor once again talking about who his partner choice may be going into the tournament. He says that he can’t sleep thinking about it, and his number one choice ends up creeping up on him at the end.

Sami Zayn Isn’t Going Anywhere
Tonight’s pay per view, Clash of Champions will feature a match with Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens, going up against the team of Shinsuke Nakamura & Randy Orton, in a match that threatens their careers within the WWE. If that wasn’t enough, the deck is really stacked against them, with having two special guest referees, one of which is WWE Smackdown Commissioner, Shane McMahon.
In response to tonight’s upcoming match, Sami Zayn, defiant as ever, tweeted that they will not let an “egomaniacal liar” take it all away from them. One of the leaders of the “YEP” movement stated that he is not going anywhere.
We have fought for everything we have, and we will not let an egomaniacal liar take it all away from us.
We are at our best when the pressure is on. With our jobs on the line, we will fight as noble men do.
WE AIN’T GOING NOWHERE.#YepMovement #ClashOfChampions
