Nearly 70 years after the Second World War when Nazi killed thousands of people in its concentration camps, Germany has agreed to one-time payments for survivors, primarily Jews, who were evacuated from Germany as children. Germany has agreed to pay $2800 to those who are still alive and fled on the so-called “ Kindertransport”
