L’Équipe report this morning that Everton central midfielder Idrissa Gueye wants to make a move to PSG this month, with the Ligue 1 champions targeting a deal for the Senegalese midfielder.

However, with PSG restricted in the amount they can spend this month owing to FFP regulations, Everton’s €45m demands are viewed as prohibitive and as such, negotiations have not advanced.
