A Jammu Court has ordered an FIR to be registered against the six-member a Special Investigation Team (SIT) which was probing Kathua rape-murder case, in which an eight-year-old Bakherwal girl was gangraped for days and murdered.
The Kathua rape and murder case had outraged the nation back in January 2018.
The Jammu Police will register an FIR against six members of SIT that probed the case for allegedly torturing and coercing witnesses to give false statements.
In the order dated 22 October and from the court of the judicial magistrate, the judge has allowed for a case to be filed against six policemen who have been identified as RK Jalla (Former SSP Crime Branch, Jammu), Peerzada Naveed (Additional Superintendent of Police Crime Branch, Jammu), Shwetambari Sharma (Deputy SP Crime Branch, Jammu), Nassir Hussain (Deputy SP Crime Branch Jammu) Urfan Wani (sub-inspector crime branch Jammu) and Kewal Kishore (crime branch).Click Here: cheap true religion jeans
