Wielun was leading 2:0 with Kedzierzyn, but Zaksa turned around the match. Belchatow beat Bydgoszcz at home and secured first position in Plusliga.

Siatkarz Wielun – Zaksa Kedzierzyn-Kozle 2:3 (25:22, 25:21, 22:25, 19:25, 10:15) MVP: Michal Ruciak
For Wielun it is a priceless one point. However, they were only one step to make a huge surprise. In third set, the team of Krzysztof Stelmach started big offensive. Good game of the second spiker, Dominik Witczak helped Kedzierzyn to get a tie break. Finally, they won, but 2 points was not what their wanted.

Jastrzebski Wegiel – AZS Czestochowa 3:1 (25:16, 28:26, 25:27, 25:19) MVP: Pawel Abramov
Although in two parts Czestochowa was really close to their rivals, hosts were better team these day. Good playing Benjamin Hardy was getting points in the most difficult situation. It was good day of Patryk Czarnowski (71% in attack). Jastrzebie did well in block also (12 blocks) and they played with experience, so they got three big points and the doors for the second place in ranking are still open.

Asseco Resovia Rzeszow – AZS Olsztyn 3:1 (19:25, 25:20, 25:14, 25:20) MVP: Mikko Oivanen
Resovia was the favorite of this match, but in last few weeks, Olsztyn likes to make some suprises. They showed they can fight with everyone by winning the first set. Than, Resovia woke up and they knew thy can not loose even one point in the race before play off. It was good game of Wojciech Grzyb (who used to play for Olsztyn). AZS had bad efficiency in attack and they made more mistakes than Rzeszow. Result was disappointing for Mariusz Sordyl. Anyway, AZS Olsztyn has it’s safe place in play off zone.

Skra Belchatow – Delecta Bydgoszcz 3:1 (27:25, 25:19, 29:31, 25:20) MVP: Piotr Gacek
After Rich Lambourne left, Delecta started to play better, but it wasn’t enough for first team of PlusLiga. They tried really hard, Skra often blocked attack of Waldemar Wspanialy’s team. In four sets, Belchatow got 15 block, when Delecta did only 5. Finally, Skra got all the points and won ranking before play off.

Jadar Radom – AZS Warszawa 3:1 (17:25, 25:23, 25:23, 25:22) MVP: Robert Prygiel
It was really important game. Both of those teams are in the bottom of ranking, so place in PlusLiga for the next season can depends on this result. Guests gave their fans a lot of hope after the firs part, but than the didn’t play so well and Jadar was able to won it. Anyway, Radom is the last team of PlusLiga right now and everything says, that they will have to play for securing themselves in 10 the best teams in polish volleyball.
