In one of the most dramatic weigh-ins in UFC history, Kevin Lee, with just minutes to spare, showed up and weighed in at 154.5 pounds at about 12:15 p.m. Pacific time to make his interim lightweight title fight with Tony Ferguson official.

The weigh-ins were held between 10 and 11 a.m. this morning, and Lee showed up at the last minute, stripped naked, and was 156 pounds, putting the fight in jeopardy. Lee, who was 174 pounds on Thursday afternoon, had said that making weight was going to be no problem.

Lee and Ferguson headline UFC 216 tomorrow night from the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, on a show that also includes Demetrious Johnson vs. Ray Borg for the flyweight title. Borg, who has had issues with making weight, and fell ill last month in trying to make weight for that bout, forcing a cancellation, made it this time with no problems.

There was one weigh-in casualty earlier today. Nik Lentz, who had issues with cutting weight, never came to the scale and was pulled from the show, meaning his fight with Will Brooks is off.

Lentz vs. Brooks was scheduled for the prelims on FX between 8 and 10 p.m. It will be replaced on FX by Marco Beltran vs. Matt Schnell, a fight that was originally scheduled to open the show on Fight Pass.

In all, there will be 12 fights tomorrow starting at 7 p.m. Eastern time.
