Baptiste Aloe has rejoined Ligue 2 side Valenciennes from Marseille on a season-long-loan.

The defender spent last season on loan at the Ligue 2 club, and played 22 games for the club as they settled for a comfortable midtable place.

The loan deal is for a whole season, but Marseille did not include an option to purchase, meaning Valenciennes could try and buy him at the end of the season, or face losing him back to his parent club.
