According to the latest Forbes list of the richest celebrities, Lucas is the wealthiest celebrity in America with an estimated net worth of $5.4 billion. Forbes attributes his massive net worth to the sale of Lucasfilm to Disney back in 2012 for $4.1 billion.

Right behind Lucas is fellow director and Indiana Jones collaborator Steven Spielberg, who has an estimated net worth of $3.7 billion.

Oprah ($2.8 billion) and Michael Jordan ($1.7 billion) are the last billionaires on the list, with Jay Z and Kylie Jenner tying for fifth with estimated net worths of $900 million.

Rounding out the list are David Copperfield ($875 million), Diddy ($825 million), and Tiger Woods and James Patterson with $800 million each.
