A segment for tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live has been announced. Kevin Owens and SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon will meet in the ring for a face-off on the show to hype their upcoming Hell In a Cell match at WWE’s Hell In a Cell pay-per-view on Sunday.
