Although it was reported last week that almost nobody knew about Seth Rollins cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase at WrestleMania 31 until half-way through the show, that does not appear to be the case.
Brock Lesnar knew about Rollins cashing in before signing his new contract with WWE and because he worked so closely with Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns during the build-up to their match, the belief is that Reigns knew in advance as well.
Regarding Reigns not winning the title as planned, this is said to be a sore subject with several WWE talents. Many within WWE are frustrated at the vocal fans for forcing the change in plans, feeling that WWE spent a year building up Reigns to be the next main guy, only to have the vocal fans jeopardize his climax and cost him what would have likely been the most important moment of his career.
The internal reaction in WWE to Reigns losing this year is said to be the opposite of what happened with Batista last year, as he went through similar circumstances with the vocal fans changing his plans for WrestleMania XXX, likely because Batista was only back for a part-time deal, whereas Reigns is someone that WWE is looking to potentially build their entire company around.
